The accessibility of our website is very important to us. We want to improve your user experience as much as possible. With this in mind, we invite you to send us your comments and suggestions at defense@actionfh.ca.

We are committed to complying with WCAG 2.2 standards, so that anyone wishing to navigate our website can do so without hindrance.
To this end, we have, among other things:

  • Designed all our pages to facilitate navigation by keyboard or screen reader (hierarchical headings, explicit hyperlink labels, similar structure from page to page, direct link to main content, warning when content opens a new window, etc.).);
  • Avoided automatic refreshes, pop-ups, animations, backgrounds and flashing;
  • Offered the possibility of increasing font size;
    Gave a textual equivalent to images that are not merely decorative;
  • Explicitly associated labels with form fields;
  • Used language that was as simple as possible;
  • Provided an accessible equivalent version of our documents.

To satisfy as many visitors as possible, we host downloadable documents on our website in several formats: printable (PDF), accessible (PDF or Word).

That said, if you need documentation in another format, simply request it and you’ll receive the documents hosted on this website in a medium adapted to your needs.
